Subprocessors

A list of the third-party companies Wayfield, Inc. engages to process personal data in connection with the Wayfield platform.

Effective: April 19, 2026

1. Overview

Wayfield, Inc. ("Wayfield", "we", "us", or "our") uses certain third-party companies and individuals ("subprocessors") to help us deliver the Wayfield platform. A subprocessor is a company or individual that processes personal data on our behalf, as our data processor.

All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect personal data with at least the same standard of care that Wayfield applies, and to process it only for the purposes we specify. Where subprocessors are located outside the UK or European Economic Area, appropriate transfer safeguards are in place (see Section 3).

This list is kept current. We will notify existing customers of any intended changes to this list (additions or replacements) at least 30 days before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to object as described in Section 4.

3. International Transfers

Several of our subprocessors are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the UK or European Economic Area to a country that does not benefit from an adequacy decision, we rely on the following transfer mechanisms:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) — approved by the UK Information Commissioner or the European Commission, as applicable, and incorporated into our data processing agreements with subprocessors.
  • Adequacy decisions — where a subprocessor or their processing location has been granted an adequacy decision by the UK Secretary of State or the European Commission.
  • UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) — where applicable for UK GDPR transfers.

For further information about the specific transfer mechanisms in place for any particular subprocessor, please contact us at privacy@wayfieldapp.com.

4. Notification of Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before adding a new subprocessor or making a material change to an existing subprocessor engagement. Notice will be provided by:

  • Updating this page with a "Last Updated" date.
  • Sending an email notification to the primary account administrator email on file for Creator and Enterprise plan customers.

If you object to the addition of a new subprocessor, you must notify us in writing at privacy@wayfieldapp.com within the 30-day notice period, setting out your specific grounds for objection. We will work with you in good faith to address your concern. If we are unable to do so to your reasonable satisfaction, you may terminate your subscription in accordance with the Terms of Service.
