Browse & filter the right way

There’s a lot on Wayfield. These are the controls that get you from “everything” to “the three workshops I’d actually go to” in a few seconds.

No app required — this works on the web or in the app. Use Wayfield right in your browser, or get the Wayfield app for iOS and Android if you’d rather have it on your phone.

Start on Explore

Explore is the main place to browse everything happening. If you’ve set your interests, the list already leads with your crafts (see the interests guide). Use the search box for anything specific — a technique, a medium, a keyword.

Narrow with filters

You can combine filters to cut the list down fast:

  • Craft / category — photography, ceramics, cooking, and so on.
  • Location — near you, or a specific city or region.
  • Format — in person, online, or hybrid.
  • Dates — only show workshops starting within a window that works for you.

Filters stack, so “ceramics, near me, next month” is one combination away.

Sort a list

On a category or location page (for example, all photography workshops in a region) you get quick controls right above the results:

  • Sort by soonest, or by price (low to high / high to low).
  • Upcoming only to hide anything that’s already passed.
  • Price to cap at a budget.

These update instantly — no page reload.

Browse by place or craft

Not sure what you’re looking for yet? The Locations and Categories hubs are a good way to wander — pick a region or a craft and see what’s on. Each one opens to a full list you can sort and filter the same way.

Save ones you like

Found something promising but not ready to commit? Save it, and it’ll be waiting under your saved workshops so you don’t have to hunt for it again later.
